WRITE/LEARN/LEAD, created by the teacher-leaders of the National Writing Project (NWP), collects tools, resources, insights, and reflections by experienced teacher-leaders to support both new and continuing teacher-leaders in their work. The goal is for teacher-consultants to have ways to jumpstart  local leadership work at their sites, their schools, or their communities directly.

The core collection of materials is found in the Knowledge Base and was first curated in 2017 from items originally published at NWP.org and other NWP publications. Since then it has expanded to include new items submitted by the network or created for NWP’s companion site, Educator Innovator. Curators focused on identifying items that seemed to support leadership, planning for professional development, and site management.

The Write/Learn/Lead blog features pieces written by experienced teacher leaders and posts directly related to the development of leadership within the network. We welcome contributions by the community to the blog.
