Writing into the Day
Each morning we all signed onto Zoom from the comfort of our own homes. The first thing we did each day was to take some time to write and share. This helped to set the scene for the day and work out any technical glitches.
Teacher Inquiry Presentations
After we had time to write and share out we would all participate in Teacher Inquiry Presentations. In the beginning this was our biggest concern. We were worried that we would loose the impact a TIP can have when we moved onto a digital space…We were surprised, IT WORKED GREAT!
Reading/Writing Groups
Mornings from 9 am to noon were devoted to whole group writing, sharing, and presentations. In the afternoons, after lunch, participants were able to read on their own, meet with their writing groups, meet with their reading groups, or work on their WordPress websites.
